I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I've been having similar problems...I can select a food but when I click "save" it's doesn't get logged or saved. This week I traveled from Detroit to Austin.... sometimes when I switch time zones my FitBit app starts logging things onto the wrong day. Not sure if that has anything to do with this. This is the first time I've had problems logging food.

Best AnswerLog food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app?
I login food but when I close the food site it all disappears. Does not matter where you get the food item.
Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific?
All meals.
Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base?
All foods.
Are you using an Android device or an iOS (iPhone /iPad?
I have an Android device.

It started working again for me about an hour ago, so far I have lost the
mower recent entries I added
