I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I am having trouble with my Sense 2, it will not save the food entries. This started yesterday afternoon. I typed in what I was eating and all of sudden everything I had entered was gone. So checked that I had not gotten the wrong day but that was not the case. I could type in some food and it would save a few but then everything disappeared. How can this be fixed? I have turned the watch off and then back on to reset but it did not make a change. Any help would be appreciated. Cynthia
