Fitbit app - Food Fitbit App Deleting Food Logs Immediately

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Issue seems to be resolved for me on my Charge 6/iPhone 11 as of this evening, 12/5/25.

The food tracker started working for me just after breakfast today (12/5/2025). I was able to enter yesterday's food.

I did all this and I still can't log my food calories. I have tried EVERYTHING! My phone is an android and my watch is a CHARGE 6

I added for yesterday. You have to tap on the date when you log an entry.

Hello Everyone, It seems the issue was fixed. I was just able to log my food for today. The Fitbit Moderator did write on this thread saying they were thankful for all of us posting about the issue we were experiancing and they were aware and were working on it. Seems they were correct and it is now working. Thank you!!!

I can add directly to Fitbit now, but my data is still not transferring from Cronometer. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app this morning, because of this and because for some reason even though my watch registered my sleep, it didn't register any other of the health information and claims I didn't wear my watch to sleep (which obviously I did, otherwise it wouldn't have registered my sleep hours!) Getting pretty over this nonsense, I think I might just switch to a different brand of fitness watch
