I purchased a sense to a few weeks ago in response to a promotional offer.
I am now trying to claim the cashback reward but the online form is requesting my devices serial number.
I no longer have the box and had no idea that that is the only place the serial number could be found.
I’ve tried the online help and had a long chat with somebody who basically told me that the protocol is the only way to get a serial number ever is to get it from the box.
This means that I can no longer apply for the cashback, I do feel I have been cheated and wonder if anybody else is in the same situation?

I am pretty sure serial no = FCC ID. You can find your FCC if you go to your watc settings->Regulatory Information

@Sallypaveley , against their protocol? I do not know what to say....
I found it.Your Sense is registered to your Fitbit Account. To synctoonline dashboard it needs a unique device ID. Go to Dashboard on your computer. -> Settings. hedf heURL it is a 12 digit hexcoe.. It has to be the serial no.

@Sallypaveley this is web dashboard. You need to use a browser and do what @LokeAa in there (going to fitbit.com). You can do it ftom PC or mobile phone (probably will be easier from PC though).
