One sensor piece came off my Sense 2. Now there's a display on the face I've never seen before. Side button doesn't do hange anything on the display. I received this watch in a contest, do not have a receipt. Please let me know if anything can be done, thanks.

I was just changing my strap yesterday and noticed that the underside looked different, both are missing and I’m not sure when they fell off. I don’t have my receipt and don’t know how long the warranty is, I have it less than two years!

I had the same issue and have been wearing it without them. Is that a problem?

I am under two years, May last year, so got on webchat earlier, and they are replacing it for me. I have to return it to them so I sent it off with UPS earlier.

Just to add to the list, both of mine fell off over the past couple of months - I've a Sense 2 which is about 2 years old and treated fairly well.
I didn't notice one going, but when I too the watch off one fell out. I'd also noticed the ECG wasn't working well and has pretty much stopped working now, presumably these are the contacts for that.
I also detest what they did with the Android app a few months ago plus I don't want it linked to my Google account so will be moving to a different brand soon. I've had an Ionic which failed, then this is my second Sense that has failed.

How long did it take for replacement?

I had to send it back to them first, so sent on Saturday last. Just got a notification to say replacement is on its way to me, not sure how long it will take with DHL.

Hi,
After 2.5 years of usage my fitbit's metal part came off. What should I do?

Contact them. Mine was two days past the standard warranty but I had purchased the extended warranty, so it was covered -- with a $30 deductible. I received the replacement right away. They told me I would get a prepaid envelope to send it back. I put in several calls to the insurance company, who said it was a Fitbit issue. I spent more than THREE hours in chats with Google and Fitbit blaming each other, as well as blaming the insurance company. I made it clear that I refused to pay for this broken piece of garbage and they had better not charge me. The insurance company sent me a survey and I told them the same. Good luck!
