Last Friday when I logged in to see my lifetime statistics I get the message "We're experiencing an internal server problem. Please try again later". Contacted support but no answer. Vanz said he had to send over to another support team. Neither seen or heard any answer. Funny how access stopped after using for a long time. Trying to reach my goals of 25000 miles walking in less then 10 years. Now I have to manually keep track after each walk. Very frustrating.

HI @StephenBR - your watch can retain data for several days, but try and resolve the Fitbit app problem by restarting the phone firstly. Avoid restarting the watch if you can resolve the problem from the phone end.
If it is a persistent problem further troubleshooting on the phone may be necessary.
Normally a watch restart will keep your data, not yet uploaded, but it is best to not do that just in case. Only if it is unavoidable to restore a connection then you can do it.

@StephenBR- by any chance did you change your login account?

Best Answer@StephenBR I know exactly what you’re asking about. You are looking for your Fitbit profile, one of the few remaining web dashboard pages. We used to be able to access here:
It is really upsetting if Fitbit/Google has taken this away permanently. The mobile app doesn't show our lifetime stats. I will try to get an answer using an internal channel.

@LZeeW I contacted support (Netherlands) too last week. They told me that this option has been discontinued.
Is it possible for someone to move these messages to the platform, as they are not Sense related?
Best Answer@SunsetRunner Thanks for your feedback. Now that the web dashboard forum is gone, I can’t think of any better existing forum.

In the same situation as you. I've been using Fitbit since Dec. 2013, and was actively striving for 100 million steps by late 2027. I should have passed the 79 million steps back around the 19th of April 2025, but have no solid way of knowing.
Very disappointed on what is happening with Fitbit.

@StephenBR I haven't gotten a reply back from my contact at Fitbit/Google.

I set feedback on that decision of theirs's requesting that they seriously reconsider.
Best AnswerIt would be nice of Google/Fitbit to be decent enough to stop the charade of "Oops, internal server error..." I do not like the false hope of contacting customer support to have them say, come back in 2-3 days, it should be working.
I have submitted feedback using the mobile app, asking to provide the lifetime stats in the app, or as someone mentioned in another forum, provide the data in the weekly emails.
The lifetime information is such a driving force; it has been for me and for my father. It is quite the motivation to have a goal and make an effort to reach that goal. Now, we are blind, or we are told, just add it up yourself. The data is there, just give us access to it, or send it to us!!
