Hi @DeBauch,

Is your app running in the background by any chance?

Have you tried a restart both on the phone and on the Sense 2?

So it appears that there might be an issue with the Bluetooth then.  Have you tried restarting that or forgetting the Sense 2 and then adding it back in?  How about powering down both devices completely

Are your "On Wrist Calls" activated in the app?  I seem to recall something in the setup process about that.  Also, do you have the Sense 2 Controls paired with your phone?

Is your app updated and the On Wrist Notifications turned on?  Also, is your phone in "Do Not Disturb"?

May I escalate your issue? I'm thinking your issue may have something to do with the Fitbit servers.

I am having the exact same issue with a Galaxy 22 Ultra. I have done all the things you have except contact them, was hoping I could find an answer here....guess not.

Yeah they still haven't reached out to me 3rd time having the issue
escalated . Sad to be honest that they don't know how to fix this.

I spoke today with a costumer support and I was inform that Fitbit is aware about call problems especially with Samsung devices updated to Android 13. The the fix comming by the end of month in new update as I can remember. 325.XX
