Is anyone else having issues attaching a different band on their Sense 2? Only one end of the loop band will successfully snap back into place. The other end fits, yet I am unable to click it into place. This is NOT an official Fitbit band, yet I have purchased two separate bands from two separate companies and I am having the exact issue with both. Only one end clicks in place. User error or perhaps faulty watch hardware?

I just got my Sense 2 and found that MOST of my 3rd party bands still work. The sport ones with air holes did not lock-in, but the silicone “Fitbit” standard style did. I’m sure it will depend on the manufacturer for the seller.

a rim exists on older Sense/Versa3 adapters, obstructed in inserting the watch property on the newer models. Here is a clear photo of the difference https://strap.primria.com/fitbit-sense-2-versa-4-watch-bands-compatibility/

I have loved my Sense 2. I never take it off except to give a quick charge. In the past year it has fallen off my wrist 3 times. The first 2 times the band disconnected from the base like I was changing the band. I clicked it back on, no problem. The 3rd time was paddle boarding on the Tennessee River. Nooooo. Has anyone else had this problem? I would like to get another Sense but I'm don't think I could trust it to stay on my wrist.
