Hey there @Maeve36,
As mentioned before, a high usage of GPS can make your device last only 5 hours.
Please make sure to turn it off once you have done with your workouts. I suggest to take a look at this article where you can find the whole explanation of the GPS usage: How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
Best AnswerThis is surely now a 'known issue' due to the failed software update.
Don't listen to anyone from Fitbit/Google disingenuously suggesting it is because of GPS usage.
I have a sense and I did a factory reset last night, reinstalled everything and the battery went from 100% to dead in about 3 hours. I was watching tv. No activity. It’s now a paper weight
Fitbit are a disgrace. This isn’t the first device that I have had rendered useless by an update. Similar happened to the Aria weighing scales a few years ago. Not only was their recent change to the app on the phone a huge disappointment but now this. Their response is appalling.
