Sense 2 keeps freezing on info screens. Will not return to time. I have to keep restarting

I just got a new Fitbit Sense 2.  It won't return to the time screen if I go look at anything else.  I have to keep restarting watch.

Hi @Rocnbul  - this may be an issue with the firmware 194.86, depending on what you do I've had that too.

I haven't tried a sync followed by a full shutdown from the watch Settings menu yet to see if that helps.

Thanks.  For some reason this morning it seems to have stopped.  I did nothing different. 

Still trying to find my O2 readings....

Well it is back at it!!!  What is going on.  It will not go back to the clock after I look at the info screens.

I have to a restart every time!  I am ready to send this watch back.  I never had trouble with my old one.  UGH

@Rocnbul- there remain some options to clear it, as it is not likely it is watch problem

- swipe left then right, or pull down and up,

- or change the clock face which may have a fault.

- And also pull down on the watch face and turn off all icons.

- a full shutdown already mentioned

- of course the watch restart you do

YEP tried ALL of those...NOPE.  The clock face is exactly the one I used with my old watch.
