Hi @MaireC - it could need cleaning or the charge cable is faulty, see things to follow in How to check charge cable - Sense/ 2Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If it is busy and likely not charging that could explain the rapid drain.
When it's working again, in watch Settings disable the voice assistant for long press to stop that Alexa setup coming back/
