Hi. Why the get started button and language/ voice assistant are not supported in UAE?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services but at the moment there are no plans to support Arabic language as mentioned in this post.

 

The ECG app and Voice Assistant are not available in all countries. 

  • You can find here the list of regions where ECG app is supported.
  • To check the list of countries supporting voice control please visit this site.

 

You are welcome to make a suggestion in the Feature Suggestions board to support ECG or voice control in UAE. The Feature Suggestions board is constantly monitored by our engineering team for future implementations. Please try to make sure you only post one idea per suggestion, so we can keep the board organized, easily searchable and see which idea other members are voting for.
