Hi there, @ei.elena. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will do my best to help you!
Are you trying to customize it through the Fitbit app? If that is the case, please make sure that the Fitbit app is up-to-date.

I'm having this issue with the bitmoji clockface on my Fitbit sense.. it won't connect at all now after using it for years.. -_- I've tried everything from unconnecting it to Snapchat/bitmoji, deleting all three apps/the cache, deleting chrome, clearing cache and data on my phone/chrome and apps/restarting it, deleting the sense and phone from my app and nothing.. I even made a new bitmoji and still nothing. It just keeps saying connect even though I can see it in the partner connections on Snapchat. All apps and device is up to date..

hi, Marre!
the app is up to date, yet the issue persists

That's a BS reply. I'm having the same issue and am ready to walk away from Google and it's takeover of FitBit. I love my Sense, but the inability to change clock face is a PITA.
Give a REAL solution.
