Charger cable not working

I have had my Sense for 6 weeks.  Charger cable stopped working, (pin dropped)  Fitbit Help replaced cable, replacement cable worked twice, has stopped working.  They sent me a refurbished cable which you can now clearly see that two of the pins has dropped.  I have paid for premium membership and have a Sense that I only been able to use a few days since I have it.  Chat support have directed me here for an email address to raise a complaint?  Could a moderator help me with this?  I had a decent working charge 3 before this, wish I had never bought the sense, or read comments on here before as clearly this is a design fault.

Hi @DawnRowley - have a look in the forums at other comments, like in this topic  or check your watch contacts are very clean, which can also be an issue in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen as it may not always be the cable.

Thanks Guy but I have done everything twice already. My Sense less than 6 weeks old and I have already needed 2 new charging cables due to the poor design.  Fitbit support directed me here to get a UK contact detail for return of product/refund on Premium subscription, I suspect nobody can give me that.  This is my 6th Fitbit device and the most expensive....it is also the most rubbish one
