The Fitbit Sense of my wife (present from me) is showing Data, even when not carrying.
Especially at night it shows broken up graphs. Additionally, it measures e.g. in the evening 1-2hours longer than she carries it – also in the morning it sometimes starts 1-2 hours earlier.
This Data looks valid, but it usually peaks a lot higher than the data recorded when carrying the device.
I have reset the device and uninstalled the APP. Removed the device from Bluetooth and did a full new install with pairing.
Device is a Samsung S10 (Android). It has no known issues with other Bluetooth devices.
What can I do?

It might help if you could be more specific about which data and graphs.

Yes - I wouzld like to - I have a lot of screenshots, but there is no possibility to upload them.
So I can only describe what they look like.
e.g.
heartbeat:
wife went to bed at 23:00 (11:00pm). In the morning you can see data from aprox. 23:00 to 1:20. then dots. at 3:40 - 4:00 you have a peak. Heartrate goes from 70 - 160 and down to 120. then some dots - then again at 4:50 - 5:30 another peak - similar to the first but different - this time 90-180 and back to 130 then again dots till she woke up and put it back on.
Another case.
Tracker stops at putting it down – she slept till 6:30 – but in the morning from 4:45 till 6:30 there is data – which looks like a normal heartrate – higher than hers – and at 6:30, when she put it on, it drops about 20% and goes on as it should...
This is the best I can describe it.

What I was looking for was juat that it is heart rate data you are talking about when you said "data".
