ECG assessment reports disappeared

My ECG assessment reports have disappeared. When I click to view reports it goes to a blank sheet that just says done.

Hi, @Monjy I've also noticed a "disturbance in the force", I've just retried it now and it seems to be working, give it another go and let us know how you get on.
