I am having trouble with the ECG function, I can not start the the APP on the phone (Heart Rhythm Assessment tile within the Health Assessments & Reports section in the Fitbit app).
Every time I receive the same message (Oops, this isn't supported in your location...)

I have had a quick chat with the support team, saying that there are "some" problem regarding the ECG. Does anybody else have the same problem?
Does this mean my NEW FITBIT SENSE has an issue and I have to apply for replacement?

Try setting your location and language to American English temporarily, it may help get you past the installation phase problem.

Best Answer@Korosec there have been several reports on the forum. You can try reinstalling Fitbit app to see if it helps and reinstalling ECG app on your sense, but for majority of people problem got resolved within several hours.

Best AnswerI have also tried all of your advice, but I am always stuck at the same SCREEN. I have removed and instaled a couple of times (same advice was by the support Team) Just no luck, it looks like I do not have granted access to the FITBIT service, which could be fixed fast, right?
Best Answer@Korosec yes. This seems as a backend issue. You need to ask them to escalate so level 2 can investigate.

I'm located in the Netherlands (one of the supported countries), but I always get same error message that ECG is not supported in my location.
I tried restarting the Sense, but it didn't help.
