Fitbit Sense Distance Tracking Innacurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I use my Fitbit Sense to track my exercise and sync it to Strava.  Unfortunately, it always seems to grossly underestimate my km.  The funny thing is that the map that the GPS draws in Strava is quite accurate.  Is says km in my data measurements, but the distances the Fitbit is recording would actually be pretty accurate if they were miles (the Fitbit definitely says km).  I'm wondering if there is a setting somewhere that I need to change?

Sure.  How do I share a screen shot here?  I don't see any way to do that.

Okay, I think I may have figured out a way.  The screen shot is here:

What I notice is that my distance in the Fitbit app is set to 4.5 miles, but on my Sense under Core Stats, it shows up as 7.24 mi (which happens to be what 4.5 miles convert to in km).  Any fix from the developer on that?
