I’m disappointed to learn that I’m unable to get the ECG function on the Fitbit Sense I recently purchased. Even the sleep-snore function doesn’t work well and really drains the watch battery. Regret getting the Sense. Can I get a refund. Think for extra few hundreds I should have opted for the Apple Watch.

@Seantara9 - for a refund, you will have to contact Support. Tap Help at the bottom of the page, then Get Support.
