My Fitbit sense has a picture of a battery and says 0%. Does that mean my watch is dead?

@Bonnie225 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about your Fitbit Sense.
That is the symbol the device displays when the battery is empty. This means you have to connect it to its charging cable and let it sit there until it is full. The display will show you the battery percentage. I recommend you take a look at this article: How do I charge my Fitbit device?.

FitBit "moderation" seems to have removed all replies that were actually useful...
Anyway, I had the same problem, it took hours to do a "factory" reset (download was very slow and failed multiple times) but eventually it worked.
You have to press the button while on the charger until you feel it buzz, then release and press again.....or something like that.
