I want everything the Ionic can do ...
how would you compare the 2 watches ...

Deezer however does, with a premium account, allow you to upload your MP3s to Deezer so you then have access through Deezer.

Hallo @NeilFinny ! In der USA ist die EKG-Messung inklusive. In Deutschland ist das EKG-Feature im Zulassungsverfahren. Nach aktuellen Informationen, würde die EKG in Deutschland noch in diesem Jahr freigeschaltet.

So does Pandora, but the cost of those Premium accounts is $10 a month, to upload "Your" MP3's to your own device. This used to be something you could do for free on the Ionic and apparently on the Versa 2 as well.

hi does anyone know if we can have a sense device and ionic on the same account without having to “forget” the ionic? I want the ionic for “heavy duty” gps - hiking etc. I bought a Versa but you couldnt have a Versa and ionic without major heartburn. Can’t wait for the sense it looks awesome

@MarkA_1966 It would be very unlikely as both of these devices are using Fitbit OS. Currently it's not possible to (officially) pair two Fitbit OS devices on the same account.

I'm confused they promised us a o2 sensor which was important to me since I have copd no mention of this and the graph they have in the sleep app does not even tell you any numbers anyone else annoyed at this and it seem the same hold true to the sense. I call customer service and they don't want you to use it as a medical device but the sense will tell you if you have some heart problems does not make sense. h

I would like to ask the question, does any another watch available that allows Spotify to download to the watch like an Iwatch ? or maybe a google watch. ?
wondering if this is a Spotify issue and not a Fitbit issue

I think the consensus is that the Sense and Versa 3 will not allow direct downloads of mp3s and playlists like the Ionic does.

Ok so no sense for me. My family use Spotify and my kids are heavily invested in it. I’m not paying another music subscription. So I’ll buy an Apple Watch for the same mi eg for everyday and keep my Versa 2 (with mp3s) for long hikes etc where the Apple Watch battery wont last.
such a silly omission.

I’m not happy but I’m not going to buy an iwatch for that, I also have a family account, I will just need to take my phone with me until Spotify gets their crap together ..

My problem is, to me, the aesthetics of the Sense isn't my style at all, so not sure what to do. My Ionic is nearly 3 years old and starting to have problems. I may buy another Ionic before everyone's inventory runs out and hope Fitbit comes out with a design more to my liking.

Same, I like the hard edges of the ionic much more than all of these bubbly looking things that are on the market lately. My charging contacts are starting to look a little not really corrosion but not the shiniest lately and might need to get a new ionic rather than the sense. the sense doesnt look like it has buttons on the right side but oddly most of the marketing pics are all from the left side of the device so cant really tell. the right side buttons to quickly start a workout were very nice on the ionic.
It took almost a year for the ionic to work smoothly with android... mine has been solid for the past 2 years... i wouldnt want to start over again...

I pre-ordered the Surge dealt with a few issues but loved the watch and thought it was the best of the line up and it was discontinued.
I pre-ordered the Ionic dealt with a few issues but loved the watch and thought it was the best of the line up and better than the Surge but it appears that it was also discontinued.
I got an email on the pre-order for the Sense, saw everything it promised and got excited but then realized I have been fooled twice before and maybe pre-ordering is not the best idea especially since the Surge and Ionic also dropped their price after six months. I think this time around I am going to monitor the community and see if everything promised is already activated and that this watch is actually better before I lay out over $300.

It sounds like you had the Ionic so can you give specific examples of how the Sense is far superior to the Ionic?

So disappointed that sense does not have music storage like as fitbit Ionic has... Getting a new Ionic is not an option in order that is an old watch that maybe will be without support soon.

I saw that Target has the Ionic in stock for $199 so there are some out there. I owned a surge prior and used it as a second watch when I refereed soccer and I know they did provide updates into 2019 which was about two years after they discontinued it. I Hate to admit it but $200 for personal electronics seems to be the norm these days in everything from smartwatches to ear buds.

You can't compare fitbit iconic to sense ! And every other watch is less than the iconic. I want to see iconic v sense, as i want the fitbit stuff and accuracy of the built in gps not a watch that uses my phones gps. Not interested in music or weather or calls on watch all of this the icon dose all of this and more , i just don't use it. Is the sense water proof will it count lengths , i wont have my phone in the pool things like this . The iconic works on my bike and has an altimeter in-built so on a hike it a good tool , this is what i want and so far iv have 2 garmin gps watch not as good and 2 Samsung watches top end none have been as accurate or as versatile, or lasted long , most last 1 year or less but iconic is tuff and still works 2 or 3 year later 👍 takes a beating and keeps on ticking. Not literally 😆
