I’m useless at twitter! Is there another way to get the info from a human?? Did you get yours replaced or just clean it?

This is the problem with Fitbit. Ever since Google bought them, QC has fallen. The Ionic had a battery issue, and I reached out to them numerous times via Twitter and email and told them something was wrong with their product. My Sense won’t charge after cleaning the back of the watch and the charger. The only reason I bought another Fitbit product was that I received a discount due to the recall. I should have bought a Garmin. This shouldn’t be an issue. Why make a watch if it’s going to be challenging to charge? I'm on vacation trail running, and I can't track my miles.

Which product was recalled? My Sense is worse. It hardly ever charges and the little pins to connect to charge the watch, often retract . When it does charge, I’m lucky to get 24hrs out of it!
