I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Im having the same problem with the disappearing food log. I just bought a new Inspire 3 because my Alta Hr stopped logging food. I was shocked when after installing the new inspire 3 I have the same problem. I’m diabetic and logging food and recording glucose readings is the main reason I use Fitbit. I am a very unhappy customer

Having same issue. It started yesterday. Very annoying. I have gone through the motions - uninstalled the the app and re started phone. Reinstalled app and logged in and then synced app.
Every time I log a food item the previous item disappears show only ever shows 1 item.
This is happening on the food site app and whether or not i try to.log it as custom, frequent or recent food item.
I have an android phone.

I am also experiencing this issue

does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app? BOTH IN THE DASHBOARD AND APP
Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific? HAPPENS EVERY MEAL
Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base? BOTH NOTHING STAYS LOGGED WITHOUT DISAPPEARING
Using iOS iPhone

Same issue here. Won't log quick calories or the (+) option to add specific foods. Never had this happen before. Tried restarting my fitbit, uninstalling, and clearing cache- nothing is working.

This is the reason I haven’t upgraded to premium. Two bricked charge 5’s and multiple app issues. You want me to pay for that????😂😂😂

It happens under + sign in Food section in app, for every meal entry, custom foods and database foods. I'm an android user.

My food logging has always worked until today now I push the + and I enter my food and it just disappear disappears. Nothing that I have logged today December 4, 2025 has stayed it. It’s very frustrating because I like to use this app every day. Please get this fixed

I'm noticing a lot more issues than just disappearing food entries. The typical "x of x your calorie goal today" has been replaced with an arbitrary caloric number. "X of daily calorie goal." And most of my past days now show me being over budget when they were all in the zone or beneath budget. Thanksgiving and the Tuesday before were the only two days in four months I went over budget.

Just adding me too. Hopefully more replies will get them to fix it sooner.

Same here. It's not syncing my data from Cronometer anymore. Previous days' entries are preserved.
Troubleshooting:
I am tempted to clear the cache, and delete and re-install the apps, but since others are having problems as well, I assume this is not a local issue?

Happens with + sign and food site in app. Happens with custom food and data base food. Happens with all kinds of meals and snacks.
I am on Android (Google Pixel 7).

Same for me. Every entry I put in whether from search, scan, or quick add, it disappears when I try to put anything else in

Hi @sutherlandws @Fatgreg @donquijotedlm - this seems to be a general problem with the current version of the Fitbit app, in which case there is nothing you can do until they put it right again.
