Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Best AnswerSame here. Last two nights no BR or HRV. Previously I had several months of no performance issues.
Don’t know if it’s related, but when I landed in the support pages, I got a notice of a syncing issue on “your Android device” but my device is not an Android.
Exactly! I received the same silly notice. I’m on iOS. So why give notices for Android?
Best AnswerThere must be a glitch. I’m experiencing this on my iPhone for two days now too. I hope Fitbit can fix this. I did all of the unsyncing and resyncing and my phone and app are up to date. It’s annoying. I find I have so many glitches with this watch. There is barely a week that goes by before I need to try to fix it in some way.
It hasn't recorded my HRV and Breathing Rate for the last two days.
Just got a charge 4 and am on my 3rd day of wearing it day and night. I have not been able to get any days to show for heart rate variability or breathing rate, and my stress management score didn't populate today. My resting heart rate is showing up.
My sp02 showed up today for last night's sleep, and I can see what my heart rate was while I slept in another section. It's there something I am missing. Am a little disappointed. Resting heart rate worked on my charge 2, not yet seeing much difference between two watches if all of the additional items don't work. Anyone help? I did sleep for more than three hours and watch is snug all night.
thought it might just be me… but woke up yesterday and HRV and Breathing Rate both not working.
Well I'm glad I'm not the only one this is happening to! Hopefully Fitbit can figure this out soon!
The thing is, metrics were there until a few days ago. I’ve only had my Fitbit for about a week and it took 3days before it would show any data. Then it immediately disappeared right after.
Agreed. It was my expectation that with Google involvement the platform would improve. So far that has not been the case. Will give Fitbit a few more weeks before I cancel the premium option.
Happening to me too and on Android. It only started happening the past two nights and just like you all other metrics are fine except those two.
I am using a Versa 3 with an iPhone on version 14.6 (up to date). I have not seen BR, HRV, and SPO2 for 3 days. This began when I stupidly clicked on the Coach app, prompting it to start updating, which it can’t, because it’s a defunct app! I also get a “can’t sync on your android phone” message regularly…Android? I’m on an iPhone!).
I’ve been through a few chats and have restarted, cleared cache, closed and opened, and finally, reset, with no success.
What to do? Please help!
I had all but BR & HRV this morning when I woke up.
Now the Skin Temp data from last night just disappeared?
App is acting up.
now my skin temp that was there this morning has vanished.
