Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Best AnswerHealth Metrics have been working all the time but last night no data. I restarted the Android 11 prone and the Charge 4:
Breathing rate - Last night: No Data
Heart rate variability - Last night: No Data
Skin temperature - Last night: +0.9°F
Oxygen saturation - Recent sleep: 96%
Resting heart rate - Latest: 57 beats per minute
So it looks like the sensors are working.
Totally agree. They prefer to launch new products rather than fix(bit). And the customer service is caught in the middle. Lol if their walls could talk ..
Same here. HRV and BR are not recording in health metrics. On Android 11. Latest firmware on Sense and latest app version. Have tried logging in and out, restarting phone and watch, force quitting app and clearing cache, removing and re-adding the health metrics tile. So far none of these has corrected the issue. Any help from Fitbit would be appreciated.
I also haven't had HRV and BR for last 2 days. I have tried rebooting and restarting and refreshing. Wearing charge 4 night and day and enough hours of sleep. So what's the problem and how can I sort it please?
Same.
latest software and firmware. iPhone 6s Plus
14.6 iOS
Same for me and my husband, very annoying
Adding my voice to the chorus of BR and HRV not working there pay two nights. Very annoying time for it to occur for me too, as I was training for and competed in a jiujitsu tournament this weekend. I would've liked to have known my HRV especially to help gauge my recovery.
I am also having this issue. For the last 2 days the breathing rate and heart rate variability sections have read "no data". I have tried rebooting my watch, logging out of the app, clearing the cache, forcing the app to close, rebooting the phone, etc.. No change....I also noticed the discover tab is missing the section that allows you to add additional tiles to the dashboard all of the sudden.
Agreed. Upgraded my Charge 4 to a Sense three days ago … worked perfect with Charge 4 and nothing with my new Sense.
Best AnswerI’m having the same issue - even after restarting the device, deleting and re-adding the app, nothing seems to be working to get BR and HRV to sync or even know if it’s being collected on the device.
I’ve been having same issue for the past 4 days now, it seems many others are as well.
Same here… temperature, RHR and O2 levels are showing. ONLY breathing and HRV are not.I have powered off and fully charged watch. Then restarted a few hours later. Still not showing up.I’ve noticed a few glitches since I did the update Ie: coach app keeps “trying” to install and my watch seems to have a harder time syncing.
I am having the same issue as well. It seems to have started after the latest update was downloaded, as it has worked well since January. I had a similar issue with the SPo2 app readings after a previous update. I tried everything but it wasn’t until Fitbit released a fix for iOS users that it was actually fixed.
