You did a lot Rudy!
Hopefully Fitbit will fix this quickly.
I want the premium features I’m paying for, not missing data which skews my health metrics.
I work hard on being healthy and rely on these metrics.
This glitch has happened several times in previous years. All you have to do is search for missing BR and HRV (or health metrics) amd you’ll see old posts.
One would hope they have an idea of what has happened and fix it within days.

Hi there, @officelyn. Welcome to the Community Forums. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products.
If you cannot see your data on the health metrics tile, it may be because the device has not yet been worn properly for at least 3 nights.
For more detailed information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?
Hope that helps.

I've tried the steps you outlined and I still have no BR or HRV, this has been two days now.

Hi, thanks - I've definitely followed those steps several times already as my Fitbit fails to sync at least once a day lately. Unfortunately that has not resolved this current issue with the missing heart rate variability and breathing rate data.
I have a Blu G90 phone and it runs Android version 10.

Hi there, @Suzie1time1. Welcome to the Community Forums. I totally understand where your concern is coming from.
Please note that skin temperature is available for Luxe users by going to your Health Metrics tile. If you don't have Premium, you can only see 7 days of data. If you have Premium, you can see more than 7 days of historical data. If you cannot see your skin temperature data on the health metrics tile, it may be because the device has not yet been worn properly for at least 3 nights straight.

Premium subscription...tried it for one month after the 6 month trial ended just to compare the difference between no premium and premium with the app. Glad I didn't renew with all these issues surfacing from fast draining battery, (alleged) inaccurate heart rates, missing data on health metrics...and so on...
Found out I can do without premium since the insights provided are common sense. For other data like the breakdown on the stress scores, what are we to do with those? We all know a good night's sleep, exercise, and breathing exercises help our heath, no need for an app to tell me those things.
I loved the Sense when I got it in November 2020, now my needs are changing and all the features (working or not) I can do without.
Anyway, lets see how these missing metrics go in the next few days. Trying not to let the frustration of paying for features and not getting them frustrate me...other wearables are now on the horizon due to reliability issues with the Sense.
Good luck to ALL! 👍👍👍

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS version 14.6. For the past 2 nights, my Breathing Rate and Heart Rate Variation Health Metrics display as “No Data.” All other indicators in Health Metrics are displaying as expected.

Same here. Strangely relieved it's not just me then - unfortunately. Happened on Fri too. Recent update on 23rd anything to do with it? 🤷🏼

Before we all go through this basic diagnostics routine, it might be useful to hear if ANYONE has these features working at present? My Charge4 is about a week old. Both Breathing Rate and HRV worked the first few days under Health Metrics, but reports 'no data' for the past three days

Cheers Did all the troubleshooting steps listed above, doesn't solve the HRV and Breaths per minute issue. I didn't have the syncing issue in the first place.
Running Android 11 on a Pixel 3 XL.
Thanks
