Health Metrics missing (HRV, BR, Skin temp & RHR)

Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.

 

Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.

Same here, IPhone user and having the same issues only now I've lost the sleep analysis.

I've spoken to fitbit this morning there's no given fix date at the moment.  I assume we as a customer will have to monitor Sent from my Galaxy

My HRV and BR have not recorded in 3 days. I know there was an update last week. Could this be the problem?

Exact same issues here...no HRV or BR for 3 days and no sleep tracking last night with my Sense. So frustrating!

This has affected me too since Fri, 25th. I've got a new versa 3 which I've only had for about a month. It worked fine up until waking on Friday after the latest update.

I had the issue last night. Really, fitbit..all these issues...turning out sense has no sense at all.

I have had the exact same problem. Third day with no detail and today, over 6 hours and no sleep data.

Same for me - the last data I have for BR and HRV is 6/25. I got my Charge 4 and activated it on 6/23. I finally got spo2 data on 6/26 and 6/27 (after getting the latest firmware update) but no data from last night. Also no detailed sleep info last night, and that, at least, had been working fine. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with my first Fitbit product so far.

No timeline. I didn’t ask and they did not provide. I figured I’d just wait and see what happens. I had to get going. I did not allocate time for this first thing Monday Morning.

Additionally today it seems that the sleep data function - for me - isn’t working either. Didn’t give me the “premium” analysis I pay for.

Looking at it this morning I saw that that the app say that I have no data for the SpO2 measurement last night but it appears to be graphing the "no data" for Sunday - maybe this suggests that the device is working and collecting data, but it's not being processed?
