Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

This happened on my husband's Sense and my Versa 3. I am flagging this to notify a moderator. It is another way to make sure Fitbit is aware.

Exactly this. Just an acknowledgment that the problem exists would go a long way. I've had very few issues with my sense since I've had it; but this last (android) app update and firmware update has been fraught with problems.

No sleep score today. Still no HRV or breathing rate. Anyone else?

My BR and HRV have not tracked for 2 days and last night it was "unable to identify sleep cycles", so it is only showing a basic sleep score and no stress management score. I am android but I know Apple devices are also having these issues.

Same for me. No Breathing Rate or HVR for 3 nights & now no sleep score from last night. Have done all the resets & updates. Nothing changes. I’m on iPhone. Same issue on my husband’s sense & his iPhone. This data is the only reason I bought the Sense a couple weeks ago. Data was showing up fine before the issue many seem to be having now.

Same issues. Started with missing Health metrics data about two weeks ago, now Sense is not recording the sleep data, etc.

Like everyone else posting I'm an Android user with a versa 3 and I stopped recording HRV and BR on Friday, this morning also I can't get any detailed sleep data even though I slept more than 3 hours.
I restarted my phone and restarted the Fitbit twice, and finally came here. Hoping they get this fixed soon it's annoying.

My data is still not showing after updating the app and wearing overnight. Will ask again.

Ugh. Stress management score is also missing. Makes sense since there is no data. 🙄
