Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

True, but honesty goes a long way..

I have not gotten readings on HRV and breathing rate in days. I thought maybe this was the "syncing issue" from the banner in the forums, but apparently this issue was "fixed" and yet I'm still not receiving said data.

Dear moderators,
I appreciate that you are probably doing your best, however to mark the issue answered is at the very least misleading.
It was obvious that this was nothing to do with resetting or reloading and that a problem had occurred with the app. / data analysis, yet on some threads moderators persisted with the regular guidance, this just makes people keep trying when it is not going to improve until a fix is implemented.
I had hoped that with the investment of Google that things would improve, can't see any signs of it yet.

Hi there!
Thank you again for sharing your comments.
As you can see in the banner above, we've resolved the issue that affected today's sleep stages and health metrics data. Sleep stages and other data will appear again tomorrow.
Have a nice day and thank you for your patience.

I hope this can be fixed quickly Fitbit, I love my Charge 4 and all was working great up until 25th June. Ive only had it for 2 weeks and I'll be sending it back if these glitches aren't fixed...its a bit annoying for this to happen so soon after buying it and doesn't bode well for the future...unless this is fixed pretty quickly?

Interesting, woke up this am and see no sleep score was calculated even through I wore my device tight enough to get a read and had over 8 hours of sleep. I have a Sense, and my wife had the same issue on her Inspire last night, so not with my device but obviously a problem on Fitbit's server side. Upon reading complaints about missing metrics, I checked mine and notice that Breathing Rate and Heart Rate Variability have been missing since Friday the 25th, and SP02 while it shows on my Sense isn't indicated in the SP02 chart under Health Metrics for Monday the 28th (sleep session for Sunday the 27th).

My HRV and BR has been down since Thursday morning-ish. It had been working all before that. I had been out on vacation for week so I only updated the app when I arrived back on Thursday - then the issue occurred. I updated to latest firmware this weekend after the app update and the recordings not workings - so I don't believe the firmware resolves the issue.
FWIW - Sp02, RHR, and body temp are working

Guys, I found a temporary solution!
On iOs, I have slightly edited my sleep logs for the days that the data was missing. I just told the log that I had gone to sleep one minute earlier. Boom, all the data is back in the health metrics.
Hope it helps!

This worked for me on Android as well... edited sleep back 1 minute earlier and boom there the data was! Thanks!

Now I have just no Breathing rate and Stress Management data. Hopefully by Tues or sometime this week i will get the data for both.

Could you please outline the steps to do this?

I can try!
1. On fitbit app, go to the sleep tile.
2. Click on the sleep date that you didn't get all your data
3. Click on the dots and choose 'edit log'
4. Tell the log that you've gone to sleep 1 minute earlier than what it says. Save it.
5. Go to your health metrics and see if the data now appears.
6. Repeat for all problematic days!

Thank you very much! It worked!
I was hoping to see the sleep score populate o my the today page (awake, light, deep, rem, and restoration) but I see it in the wellness report.
Thank you again!
I’m very grateful for this! 😀

Both mine and wife's sense, and both kids Inspire 2 also stopped showing health metrics since friday 25th as well. While our sense are still showing full sleep data, both the kids inspire only showing basic sleep data from Sunday night. Fitbit sort it out....

Thank you! That worked for me but I sure hope Fitbit releases a fix soon. I hate to make that part of my daily routine.
