Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

Yeah, mines an inspire so that tracks exactly the same - on Samsung Android.

I noticed the similar this morning about "last night data is not available...." on my App on both Android 11 and iPhone witht he latest OS but I'm not sure when this issue started before or after the firmware 5 upgrade. I really never took notice of them although I wear my Versa 3 almost all the time day & night except when it needs charging.
Please keep us posted of any resolution.

I would like to confirm that I got my BR & HRV stats in my Health metrics this morning after last 3 days of no data on 26th 27th & 28th. It has skipped data of these past days.

Just checked again. Now SpO2 data is missing. It's showing "Couldn't read SpO2" on the watchface.

Thanks for this tip @myriam4psy. I'm tempted to try it but am curious if it affects the originally logged and calculated sleep data - ie. sleep duration, time asleep and awake, deep and REM, and restoration?
I ask because I saw another similar sleep trick for repairing broken-up and/or basic sleep data where the user suggests deleting a night's sleep log and manually entering it again using the same start and end times. My understanding is this trick repairs the sleep metrics but wipes out some or all health metrics?

Hi Yojana, a message from the Netherlands: I got my scores for hrv and br this morning (charge 3 + android 11). Hopefully the other timezones and devices will follow!

Just woke up. No data on HRV (3rd night in a row)
and see no update in the apple store

I have been having issues constantly, lately. Really frustrating. If it wasn't a gift from loved one, I would have binned it a long time ago.

Same here, though for me it's BR and HRV going missing (SpO2 fine) or the other way around. Seems the BR and HRV are not compatible with the SpO2 function as this has only been an issue since I installed the SpO2 app and clock face?

Me too. I got BR and HRV but no SP02 still. Who knows what tonight will be 🤦🏻:male_sign:

Have had results for all BR, HRV and RHR today but nothing for SP02.
Will take a gps walk today and see if it logs heart zones as those have been missing since i got the watch.

My skin temp is still showing in degrees F when I have set the units to degrees C so it’s not fixed as they say it is ,I’m now going on Amazon to look at alternatives as as far as I’m concerned the Fitbit 4 I have is not fit for the purpose it was intended for

I’m still unable to get the skin temp to show in degrees C so the fix hasn’t fully worked it changes in the units section of the app setting but only shows in degrees F in the metrics section

Not sure if anyone else is not getting heart rate data on mapped walks? I am logging the walk from the app and getting this message on the "Heart rates" tab
