Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

Best AnswerThis problem is being reported by users of different Fitbit devices, not just the Charge 4. I flagged a post in a different forum to notify a moderator.

Yes, the fix seems to have stopped iphone based app. from working too.
Fitbit could help themselves a bit more by keeping the moderators up to speed, this is a known issue so just getting people to reset is not going to help.
I asked the question on Chat and was told to make sure the App was up to date (it wasn't, although it should have been because I had it set to update automatically). I updated it and if this works, my data should be showing after another night's sleep. She said to monitor for 3 days to be sure. 🤞
Same here; for the past 2 days it registers everything except HRV and BR and I’ve been wearing my Fitbit overnight since March. I’m on iPhone/iOS so the Android issue shouldn’t apply
Same issue with mine for the last two days on Android. Breathing rate has always been hit or miss for me (I get "no data" for that at least once per week). Yesterday I had no breathing rate nor HRV data. Same thing today but with no SPo2 data either. Very disappointing.
My android phone updated the app on Friday and that was when I stopped getting HRV and breathing Data. Any suggestions would be appreciated
@waynezwor1d This seems to be a problem affecting users of many different Fitbit devices. I am experiencing this with my Versa 3 and my husband with his Sense. I alerted a moderator.

Best AnswerMy fitbit Sense stopped providing me these metrics three days ago. It provides temperature and resting heart rate but not Breathing Rate or Heart Rate Variability, which is the important one for me. I tried the steps provided by LizzyFitbit but nothing changed. Is there a fitbit issue in general that is going on here? Or a patch update that needs to go out?
Same for me on iPhone - No hrv or br. Other metrics are reporting.
Same here on iOS. No breathing rate and HRV, but have all other metrics, for last 2 days
Ok, good to hear it’s not just us. Thanks
Best AnswerAt least I am not the only user that is having issues with the data not populating in the Health matrix. (Breathing rate and Heart rate). It's been two days. Sounds like a Fitbit system issue.

I did this too but it did not work for me. I Have SPO2 but no HRV or the amount of breaths etc. I also have iPhone 11. I believe the problem is with Fitbit.

Best AnswerMy wife and I are also experiencing this glitch and have been since Thursday.
Best AnswerI misspoke above. I DO have SPO2. I do not have BR or HRV for the past 3 days. I'm sure Fitbit is aware and working on this. Fingers crossed that we get it resolved this coming week! (Iphone 12, ver. 14.6)
