BR and HRV metrics on my Charge 4 and my wife's Inspire 2 are missing again.

The metrics were missing (on both devices) for a few days, then the issue was fixed. I think the metrics appeared back yesterday.

Today went missing again. This time the BR and HRV screens are blank, a message saying: 'WE'LL KEEP TRYING, CHECK BACK IN A BIT'. Well I checked both devices after a couple of hours and the metrics sill not there.

Skin temperature for last night worked fine.

SpO2 shows results up to yesterday but no data for last night.

Sleep was not an issue (7 hr 20 min, score 80 'Good').

Hope this will be fixed soon.

After mine showing no data for approx 3 days it started working fine again! For a few days, Until today! Not showing any BR or HRV data at all, not even historical info.  I’m getting mighty fed up with this, paying for the Premium upgrade and it’s becoming so unreliable.  May consider a more reliable competitor smart watch with these functions for free!

I have an android. I have have missing breathing rate and hrv data only. RESTING HEART RATE AND TEMP WORK FINE. It just says no data for the last week on these two measurements. I have the latest version. And its been working fine since got my sense.(2 months) Thanks for the update. Happy to find out its not a hardware failure! I love my sense!

It was back for 2 days but now dissapeared again. Almost a full week now, but still paying premium. Also, it's because I came to the forum to found out I'm not the only One. Maybe consider informing your users better.

Yes, it is on and off which is very frustrating. I'm considering to contact consumer affairs (Ombudsman) regarding this half baked solution provided by the Fitbit. I got this oen as a gift and gifted my Versa 2 to someone, Haaa!

My Versa FB 50S stopped recording Breathing rate and Heart Rate variability on Thursday 24th June. The other health metrics have recorded correctly, apart from one night when I didn't activate the SPO2 face to see what happened. Until just now the graphs for these have just been blank, but in the last five minutes I have had a straight line appear in the two blank sections, which just seem to be place holders. When will the data reappear? I pay a significant price for the Premium service, and if it turns out to be unusable, why should I continue?

The watch firmware version is 32.72.1.9

My Android app version is 3.43.1. I assume these are the latest versions, as no updates have been offered.

I have basically  never had any BR since December last year, even if they had my sense changed back in March. 10 maybe in total, last one last week. Yesterday my app displayed the "we'll.." message. This morning the HRV is back but guess what? No BR!! 😞😡😡😡BTW the Premium trial is now ended and they will have to beg me to renew it !

@SunsetRunner

Like you, I didn't renew Premium after trying it for 7 months (6 months free with one month for $9.99) to see if am able to live without the premium data. Turns out, am not missing it.

The essential functions fulfill my needs since its mostly used to track running (jogging) and intervals.

@SunsetRunner Premium is just a way to spill money right now. I used it only because it was free for the new Fitbit sense. It would add value (a bit) if it works and I would not mind spending a tenner a month  - before there was only the year option. However, because it doesn't work properly and because Fitbit as company always is unclear abour the improvements per firmware released, m not renew it (or thinking about renewing it) till I have my 8 months missing BR back in the app. I like the device, besides to transfer all data to another provider is a pain, but it is quite clear they prefer to launch new Fitbits rather than fix the issues. It looks like though the issues have finally caught up with them and they can't hide anymore.

I did not have BR this morning but I did the patch

Myriam4psy suggested as temporary until Fitbit figures this out. My BR showed up immediately.

1. On fitbit app, go to the sleep tile.

2. Click on the sleep date that you didn't get all your data

3. Click on the dots and choose 'edit log'

4. Tell the log that you've gone to sleep 1 minute earlier than what it says. Save it.

5. Go to your health metrics and see if the data now appears.

6. Repeat for all problematic days!

Wow, it works like a charm. But it's a real pity that Fitbit users have to
"invent" such a workaround. 😂
