Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

add NY to that list.
I’m having the same issue - there was data as of this morning, and HRV and BR now don’t have any data visible.
Finally, yesterday morning everything in Health Metrics worked. This morning all of the Health Metrics populated as well. This evening, I went to sheck my Health Metrics and BR and HRV have disappeared. The graph has a message on both BR and HRV that says "We'll keep trying, check back in a bit". I'm in St. Petersburg, Florida. I'm wondering if this is a server side outage or issue?
It’s a Fitbit issue. I’m in NY and same exact thing. Think as they try to fix problems that started last week they keep causing other issues. As in the previous days when they were trying to fix HRV and Breathing and instead shut down sleep trackers and we lost ALL sleep info. Then someone must of accidentally hit the correct button… and we were good for ALMOST 1 1/2 days!! But now we’re back to original issue (argh!!)

@YojanaFitbit , this is another issue – all the historical data disappeared, not only one or two days of data! Please see the screenshot I attached.
Agreed-These things are expensive then they get us on a monthly subscription for premium then our whole life focused around this darn watch and the information it gives us and now I don’t want to go to bed because it’s not recording my information this is craziness
I’m right there with you-I’m ready to let go of this darn thing. I was fine before I had it I’ll be fine after this is ridiculous
