Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

I am in Oregon. I agree the Skin Temperature does look different than it did before the data went missing but at least it's still there!

My firmware is up to date but I still have zero data for BR, HRV or SpO2. What can we do to fix this?

And they are gone again, but the issue is answered so that's okay (not!).

I’m in California and my data has also vanished from Health Metrics. It was present this morning.

All data history for my Breathing Rate and Heart Rate Variability missing from Health Metrics (7 day 30 day and 90 day) … simply says “ We’ll keep trying …. check back in a bit “ ….. data returned yesterday after not being recorded since June 24th and was available yesterday (June 29th) and appeared this morning but as with many others ….. now gone
I have a Samsung S9 with latest updates and a Sense with latest version of app and firmware. I know it’s more than likely a server-end problem as was the issue a few days ago but the quality of service versus the cost of this product line is VERY poor !! ….. Will definitely NOT recommend this product to anyone nor will I ever consider buying another one ever again.

Thank you all for the heads up. Ditto, I wish they would notify us about any work on their app.

With all of the issues that have occurred since I bought my Sense in late March of this year the decision of what I should do about subscribing to Premium once my 6 month trial expires in September has been made for me.
Why would anyone subscribe to a service where you essentially are paying Google, Fitbit's new parent, for the privilege of collecting data about you? I would have considered the added "benefits" of premium if the product and/or service was consistent and stable. Paying to have my data collected and probably used by Google for whatever the fine print enables them to do with it while in return providing crappy service quality makes absolutely NO sense to me at all.
Thanks Fitbit/Google for making my decision about subscribing to premium very easy ...... 🤔😉

So, my health metric data was missing most of last week & over the weekend. I then uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, logged in & yesterday morning it showed my health metric data. Clearly I celebrated too soon as today - zilch, nada, nothing. It's really annoying me now as is this why I chose the Sense.

Agreed!
The Sense is a great product. I was satisfied with the exercise portion of the watch. Connects to GPS within 10 seconds or less, step counts in real time during exercise mode, heart rate (I think) is also tracking well during exercise.
Unfortunate that the reliability of the app and metrics have been an issue. The hardware appears to be functioning properly, yet, with a substandard app reliability, negates the quality of the hardware.
Results in unsatisfied customers possibly seeking other fitness tracker alternatives besides Fitbit.
