Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Best AnswerI got message from Fitbit -
Thanks. Please note that we’re aware of this issue and working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.
Same no data message on health metrics issue with my Inspire the last 2 nights. The info is in there because the stress score, resting heart rate & sleep info are all there & updating
I have talked to Fitbit about this issue this morning and they have said it is a known issue. They don't know whether it is the latest version of the app or the firmware. I have checked my wife's Fitbit Versa and it has the same issue in her Fitbit app. We both use Android phones, mine is on Android 11 and here's is Android 10 so it doesn't look like an Android issue.
Same issue on my Charge 3. No BR or HRV for last two days. Rebooted, re-connected, re-installed, no go.
Best AnswerSame here. I see the message saying Androids have a temporary problem with syncing and notifications, but I'm iPhone and Apple.
I purchased strictly for health metrics while sleeping and after 5 days nothing shows up. Sleep does so I know it is on correctly.
Best AnswerThe issue seems to be on both iOS and Android phones. I’m thinking it’s a problem with the Fitbit app. I hope they solve it soon. Today was day 3 with no BR, HRV, or SPO2 data.
(And I have gone through every standard fix to no avail, including a reset).
Just throwing my hat in, past 2 nights no HRV or BR for me either.
Best AnswerSeems to be an issue in a lot of threads, I'm here looking because I have the same issue. I'm on iphone, so it it not just the known android bug.
Could be a fitbit server issue.
Sure it ain't the watches as the versa 2,versa 3,alta,sense all are effected. Nor would it be ios or android.

BR, HRV and SP02 not working since I got this (3 days ago). it says No Data. I can't even find the SP02 anywhere in the Health Metrics. Very disappointing. Help please with getting this info. I rebooted and it didn't work. I have the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
Best AnswerSame here as well. I just got a replacement watch on Tuesday and problems started Friday night. I thought there was a problem with new watch, but seeing this gives me relief (or not depending how you look at the issue).
Hopefully this fixed ASAP!
That’s why I commented I’m hoping they will fix it soon!
