Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.

Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.

I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

I have a Fitbit versa 2. I have done every step mentioned. I have no health metrics data. Been working fine for a year. Quit working two days ago. I have worn it to sleep. I have all my sleep data. Nothing is recording no skin temp no breathing rate no HRV. I disconnected watch from blue tooth. Shut down watch. Logged out of app. Shut down phone. Restarted everything repaired.  Nothing. There was nothing other than previous data in the health metrics. This i one of the reasons I support and use Fitbit. Please advise. App, phone abs watch are up to date on software.

I have the same issue. All the sudden my breathing rate heart rate variability are not showing on my health metrics. It was working fine up until about two days ago.

I have the same problem on my Sense. Tracked fine for a few days then, poof! Nothing for 3 days no.

same issues here too

Definitely happening to me too for the past two nights.

I hope they patch this quickly. Between this and the Daily Sync Fail I've come to expect, I'm beginning to wonder if I shouldn't just dump Fitbit and buy a different device. I've only had this watch a few months and I've already had to deal with support multiple times. It's unfortunate bc it does have some cool features, but I'm getting a little gun-shy that they're gonna work for me when I need them or give me useful and accurate data...

Have had the exact same issue for the last two nights.

Same here. Two days ago was my last HRV data and breathing rate. The others have data like skin temp, resting heart rate and oxygen.

Is this a Fitbit server issue? I think that's was the problem last time there was a delay in getting the data.

Same here. Last two nights only for BR and HRV.

Mine did too, I’ve been trying everything they suggested and still not working.

Yes looks system-wide-wish they would just let us know!

Only for past two days my charge 4 is not showing breathing rate and HRV within Health metrics. Other metrics are showing. Please advise. Thanks

So many users have encountered the same issue recently. Has Fitbit noticed it?

Hi, On my sense red led stopped flashing and also my BR and HRV data not updating.

please advise.

I have the same issue, no HRV or BR for the last couple of days. Mine is on an iPhone 12 Pro IOS 14.6 - seems to be an issue on all versions.  SPO2, Skin Temperature and  RHR are working perfect.

I'm having some problem past two days with breathing rate and heart variability. 😕 I get "no data".  All other health metrics are populating so far.

I haven't been seeing hrv or br data load up in health metrics for the last 3 days on my sense for Android. Is there a planned fix for this ?
