Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.

Only SpO2 and Skin temperature are recording. No BR or HRV. This started friday morning. There was nothing there.
Mines the same, I've update the app and restarted my Fitbit and it's still not showing the data.
I also have 2 nights (sat & Sun 26&27th June) data missing for BR & HRV.
I have deleted and reinstalled app, restarted fitbit charge 2, and reset Bluetooth…
still issue remains. Seems to be a lot of people with the same issue these past 2 or 3 days….

this affects me too. no BR or HVR data for 2 days now. Since friday morning no more data. For every day that our Fitbit Senses doesn`t work properly we should get extra days on our Fitbit premium subscriptions. Common sense and courtesy 🙂
I'm having the same issue. I'm on on Android. Latest Sense firmware and the latest app version. HRV and BR data are missing for the last 2 days from health metrics. Skin Temp, Sp02, and RHR seem to be working. I've restarted watch and app. Logged out and in. Forced manual sync. Etc. So far nothing has worked.
I have the same issue, no HRV or BR for the last couple of days. Mine is on an Android 11 phone - seems to be an issue on all versions.
For the last two days my HRV and BR are showing no data on my Sense. My phone is an Anroi with version 11. I've tried the trouble shooting I've found here to no avail. Please help.

I hear ya...cancelled my Premium as well with the issues of not getting the health metrics and other bugs. Found out I could live without the Premium offerings and stick to the basic functions of the Sense, if the functions doesn't deteriorate further.
I've been content with the Sense when first received it last year. My perception is, when Fitbit was acquired by Google, performance has deteriorated in keeping Sense users satisfied with their products.
Caveat is, this is my personal perception based on my experience.
Count me in with the same problem of missing Health Metrics, missing 2 consecutive days of info.
Personally, this is driving me to look at other options for a health tracker. Not worth the stress about these bugs on the app.
Hi, I have the same issue and it has only started since app version 3.43.1 was installed, both HRV & Breaths per minute are not recording.
