Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

Best AnswerSame! I've had my Fitbit since Nov 2020 and have ALWAYS gotten a sleep score, so I highly doubt it's user error on my end. So annoyed. I want to be pro-rated this month for each day it's broken , day 4 here!
I have the exact same issue and all that I ever get told is that I'm not wearing the Fitbit properly. Thing is, I haven't changed the way I'm wearing it and it worked before. Had this thing for half a year now. I can't get a sleep score anymore, no spo2 reading anymore, no stress level anymore. Sometimes I get zone minutes when resting on the couch, then when I do work out I get none. I'm so disappointed in the Fitbit and the "service" provided. I honestly am thinking of switching to a Samsung. What a waste of money this one was 😞

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products. @LuvMyVersa3 Thanks for helping out!
Have you already synced your Versa 3 to your Fitbit app? Please keep in mind the following to make sure you see your health metrics data:
For more detailed information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?
Hope that helps.

Best AnswerThere seems to always be something that does not work in the health metrics data and the fitbit pemium app. Currently, the breathing rate and heart rate variabilty HRV does not show up on the health metrics. It does sync ok now which was a problem for a long time. It is difficult if not impossible to get info directly from fitbit when there is an issue. They seem to count on users. Does anyone have any info on the problems with BR and HRV and the app in general. All updates are up to date and I have tried the trouble shooting tips. As usual, nothing but frustration. I can't believe I paid and continue to pay for this frustration.
Thanks for your perseverance and for letting all of us know. Fingers crossed that the update(s) work. Otherwise, back to Best Buy it goes. I'm glad I kept my box, too.
Best AnswerSame! HRV, BR for several days and sleep info from last night. Grrrrrr! I just bought the sense last week after going back and forth because of the bad reviews. I've been a Fitbit user since the company's first tracker over 10 years ago, so I'm very loyal. I hoped those reviews were anomalies, but it's more and more clear that this is a very poor product by Fitbit. Might need to send back and get a Galaxy or Garmin.
Add me on to the growing list - with additional sleep data not recorded last night. I hope it resolves soon since I pay extra for the features for following very specific health trends. I have done all the suggested things to try to resolve.
Hi there 🙂
i have the same issue with my Versa 3.
It is syncing heart rate and sp02 that’s it.
i reset the watch, wear it all the time , updated the app and nothing … 😞
I can confirm this. No Breathing/HRV for the last 3 nights, and no sleep details last night either. Everyone who this affects, make sure to contact Fitbit support directly to let them know: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support
Same here, no BR / HRV for the last 3-4 days. Also, today I had a solid 8 hours of sleep, but the Sense says I got only 4 hours and that I was awake for the other 4 hours. So weird!
Exactly the same for me, as of this morning HRV, BR and Stress Score are gone. Sleep details are simplified only, no sleep-score or stage analysis.
Best AnswerMe too. Woke up this morning to only basic sleep data. Why did I pay all that money for a fitbit Sense it is is not going to work. None of this data requires the premium membership, so where did it go? Fitbit.... you guys going to weigh in on this at any time?
Chatted with support. They are aware of the issue, but the more who report it, the faster it'll get resolved I imagine. Be sure to click "Affects Me Too" on the original post if you haven't already so they can see how many people are impacted.
I tried that yesterday. It did not work. In fact now I only get basic sleep data, so it resulted in more loss.

i talked to support on this. They said there is an issue, but they do NOT look at any issues reported here. They also won’t update the opening screen to report that they are ‘working’ on the known issue. I was told we will know the issue is fixed when we start receiving data again. And no talk of refunds to premium users.
