Hi,
I've had my Fitbit Sense for just over a week now. I swapped from having a Polar Ignite because that watch didn't track everything I wanted.
I know that the Sense is tracking all kinds of clever data, but the app is really disappointing. Having had the Polar app, I found although it didn't track everything I wanted, the metrics it was tracking were reflected and presented in really useful ways allowing easy and detailed analysis, such as a walk would have elevation and heart rate overlayed on the route, so I could see how I was doing at each point in relation to speed, heart rate, terrain etc.
This is just one example, but I have to say I'm really disappointed in the lack of interpretation and analysis of all this data my watch is recording. Everything is separated out, and can't be directly compared without going in and out of different tiles. The scales don't even have full time shown along the bottom. The main screen doesn't open up with something I find most useful like my heart rate, and there is no way to personalise what data I have front and centre that's is important to me.
I'm also pretty disappointed that although spo2, skin temp and hrv are measured, this is only done at night and conveyed in the morning as one reading. There's very little I can check during the day. Wouldn't it be good to be able to do a spot check reading on any of those things at any point in the day?
With my ECG reading, there is no graph of what that looks like, I just get told if 'events' happen, but I have no idea what those events are! I suppose this does give an hrv at that point, though.
I just get the feeling that this fantastic watch is being let down by what info we are allowed access to, and how the data it gathers is relayed to us.
Also, no idea what I'll be left with once my 6 months premium access expire

For ECG look under Discover - Assessment and Reports - Heart Rhythm Assessment - View Results.
Tap a result and download the PDF to your Internet download directory. The file will start with your Fitbit User Name
Here is one of mine. If fitbit says yours is not normal, you should share this pdf with your doctor.
You may find it easier to share and email the pdf to yourself.
When it comes to the medical type reports, ECG, SpO2, HRV, they have been designed with the assistance of the medical community. Yes we as users may not truly understand the report, but the report is designed to quickly give your physician info. On the next visit, your physician can give you insight, or ask a friend who is a doctor or nurse.

@Rich_Laue thanks, I had been in that part of my dashboard, but had stopped short of downloading the report itself.
As an aside, the downloads from fitbit never go to my downloads folder, they disappear totally but as you mention, I email them to myself instead.
Those features that you mention are mainly for the assistance of medical people are what I need most as I have a medical condition that I need to keep track of for heart rate pacing. Yes, I am aware that Fitbit is a health/fitness not a medical device!
However, the way the other data is displayed is still clunky. Much more analysis is easily available simply by overlaying different metrics so it's easy to see what happened when and therefore why. Like I say, Polar happens to do this better, despite not measuring all the same stuff.
It was a feature request, really. I know there's data my watch is tracking, but I can't necessarily get to it,.of find a way to put it all together easily.
I have found exporting to Welltory has been useful, though.
