My sense suddenly stopped working in Feb at some point for just the ecg and eda app. I have Uninstaller both and tried again I have used my other hand I have completely reset my fitbit and permissions are all on. Everything else works on this fitbit. I am very upset that yet another fitbit has broke. They never even last a year which is so frustrating for the amount of money I spend on them. The eda says something went wrong to detect your eda response keep your palm on the screen and make sure to touch metal frame. The ecg says put thumb and index finger on the metal corners but i do that and it won't pick it up. I tried the chat about 5 times now to get help and it shuts down and won't let me type

They told me some steps (which I did) and then told me if it doesn't work to contact fitbit. Well it still doesn't work.
