Is it just me or is there a noticeable absence of any Fitbit Moderator interaction on the Sense comment page?

Hi @Rge  Moderators comment all over the forums. Was there a particular thread you were concerned about? These are the community forums and most of the people posting are users of Fitbit products.

I am referring specifically to the Sense  Forum. I am an 8 year user of Fitbit products and usually there are posts by the Moderators address users concerns/ questions when there is a long thread with many user with the same issues. 
But lately it seems less. I’ve seen this same phenomenon on other product forums, before the support for a specific device ends.

just my thinking, wondering if anyone else seems to have noticed the same.

not wanting to debate this, just my observation

@Rge LizzyFitbit is the usual Mod who replies here in the Sense forum. And I've seen EdisonFitbit moderate as well.

@Rge  when a device is discontinued and no longer being sold by Fitbit, you'll see a banner at the top of the page. This is from the Zip forum:

"This forum is available for customer-to-customer support, but isn’t actively monitored by Fitbit Moderators. If you need further assistance, please visit our help site."   The Sense is still being sold and supported.
