My experience with Sense and Customer Service

After two failed Sense trackers all under warrantee, the company will give me Half off on a new tracker. Why would I try a third time. Only a fool would do that. I don’t recommend that anyone buy this tracker you will be so sorry.

Hi @Ideasprite - that caution makes sense.

However, often failed watches may have only temporary problems and the existing watch may be recoverable, depending on the original fault. Perhaps worth investigating further.
