Hello,
After about 6-7 months of owning my sense it started randomly going through a reboot cycle(legit was just sitting on my bedside table ~1 day). When plugged in it would still take a charge but as soon as it was unplugged would start the reboot cycle again. I attempted to hold down the button etc. like another community member on a different post stated to solve the issue. Sadly, it did not, so after more research online another post said to not charge the device and let its battery die. So, after about 6 hours of constant rebooting it died. After that, it is now not responding at all, when plugged in, no battery symbol populates anymore. It has no function now, it will not even go back into its rebooting cycle. it is right outside of its warranty now, so, I am not sure what I should do?
May be worth noting when I first received the fit bit I was having a very hard time syncing it to my phone and updating it too. I wrote a blog post here about that too with another account it was cycling on and off then too not sure if I received a lemon or what. I am so disappointed I spent $280+ for a watch to work for ~6-7 months and then totally die. I regret not sending it back when I was first having trouble :/.
Thank you for any suggestions!

If you have already reported the problem it may still be eligible for replacement under warranty, not sure.
However in your case its probably not charging properly, there are know faults with the charger.
Check the 4 pins are equally prominent on the charger.
To verify if charging properly, attach your cable to a computer, then add the watch and see if it detects its presence, and see if it charges, it may need more than a few hours if its very flat.

I'll have to reach out, so when it was stuck in the loop plugging it into the pc it would detect the watch but after letting the battery die it will not. I have left it plugged into the wall and the pc for hours and nothing. I also cleaned all the pins and pin holes after attempting to charge and everything looks fine there, yet still nothing. I appreciate you taking your time with those suggestions though!
