I used to receive motion notifications from my Blink Camera app to my Fitbit Sense and all of a sudden I do not receive the motion notifications to my Sense. I receive other notifications from the Blink app to my Sense but not the motion notifications. So when my Blink camera at home records a motion, the notification only goes to my phone and NOT my Sense smart watch. I tried everything to try and fix this but nothing works. Can someone please help or know of anything that would change this? Thank you in advance.

Please make sure that App Notifications [under Notifications for your device] in the Fitbit App is correctly defined.
Also clearing the cache can help if there is a problem with the Fitbit App.
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo notification & App notifications setup. |
Followed by restart of watch and phone.
Otherwise it may be wise to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Best AnswerThank you for this information, however, I tried all of this and it's not working. I tried talking to Blink Customer Service and its not their issue. I think it's from an update from Fitbit that messed this up. I hope they can fix this issue. I know I get the notifications on my phone but If I am paying a lot of money for a smart watch and it just stops doing something, I would hope that Fitbit would fix it right away. A lot of poeple might switch to a different fitness app, like Garmin.
Best AnswerI am going through the exact same problem and even bought a new fitbit and that one still wouldn't get notifications from Blink. I have uninstsalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, unpaired. I have done everything imaginable and still this is the only notification that won't come to my fitbit. Mine stopped a week ago today and I cannot find a solution. It is very frustrating. I'm sorry you are having the issue too, but makes me feel better that I'm not the only one!
I am thinking it was from a firmware update that happened in the beginning of April. I'm hoping Fitbit techs are working on this.
I'm having the same issue too on my versa 3. I've installed and uninstalled the fitbit app and blink thinking I changed some settings. But no success. Hopefully this issue gets solved soon.
I also have the same issue on my Versa 3, which I purchased after the issue started on my Vetsa 2. Everything worked fine until last weekend. I still receive notifications when the system is armed or disarmed via the Blink scheduling feature. I contacted Blink and Samsung (I have a S10 android). Both have ran diagnostics and their equipment and software checks out. Has to be a fitbit issue that I hope gets addressed
I also have a S10 and checked with Verizon and Blink and it's definitely an issue with Fitbit. I really do hope they are able to fix this issue.
Best AnswerI found a fix around in another forum and I tried it and it worked like charm. Here is the link to that forum.
Hope it works for everyone else.
