Notifications are not coming through my Sense

I have a Sense and Samsung S9+. I have always received calls and notifications on my Sense. Since the most recent firmware update to my Fitbit a week or two ago, that no longer happens. My Sense is set to accept wrist calls and all notifications. It is paired with my phone via Bluetooth.

Did you try restarting watch and phone?

Hi @PaulE1980 - did you swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and check that both Sleep and do not disturb are turned off?

 

After a logout or update it may be necessary to setup on-wrist calls again, click profile photo, device photo and on-wrist calls to check.

 

You may have to toggle Sense controls on again in Bluetooth settings.
