Hi @Jimbobb - the first thing to check is Quick Settings, swipe the watch face right and make sure Sleep and do not disturb are off.

Also it may help to hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and sync with the Fitbit App. This can refresh it's operations.

I have been having this issue with my sense bought in 2021, I had an iPhone 8 I have done lots of live chats to fix it but nothing worked so upgraded my phone to a iPhone 13. Reset the sense to factory setting and then reconnected everything still no texts, I get calls!  I was so frustrated I bought a Fitbit versa 4 in the hope it will all be ok as everything is new but the versa didn’t do it either!  So I am returning that- but I would love to get this fixed!

Hi @LittleLeesa - did you follow the links posted just before yours by @MarreFitbit .

As you changed phones do make sure also that any device running the Fitbit App is turned off so that syncing is only with your current phone.

Hello. I had a similar problem at one time where I was not receiving the entire texts. I found my emails were dominating the feed. So I tweaked what texts were most important for my watch to receive. This helped. I have also noticed something else. If I get a text notice of anytime while I am on my phone it is like the watch is bypassed. Like it knows that I just looked at that text/email on my phone so why bother with sending it to the watch. Now if my phone is in another room or tucked away the text/email comes across my watch. This happens with phone calls as well.
Try this:

In the Fitbit app on the Today Dashboard
press on the icon in the top left corner.   Select your tracker, open Notifications, then select App Notifications,  I have only selected only 5 apps to receive on my phone. Reason being some apps send over 4 texts a day. Once I reduced the app permissions texts that are important come through. As long as my phone is not open and in front of me.
