I have an iPhone S6
I have been trying to get calls on the wrist for several days. The best I can get is when a call comes in, I see the number on my watch. If I tap it, I can hear it on the watch but there are no controls like a green phone, red phone, mic or speaker. I can turn up the volume on the watch with my phone.
I have searched fit bit help, Internet, This forum and the manual.
ice followed all the steps to have calls on the wrist. With pairing, notifications, forgets sense controls on Bluetooth, every combo.
the manual is pretty straight forward and have
no problem with the set-up sequence for on-wrist calls. I have notifications for calls, texts, and calendar marked.
sense controls is in Bluetooth and it shows unconnected, which I know should be until a call comes in and it is supposed to connect.
I’ve checked it quickly when a call is being heard on the watch but it shows unconnected.
When I click on the on-wrist calls in sense it states “on wrist calls is all set”.
Does anyone have a trick to get the phone images and speaker etc images on the watch face so I can actually do the calls on wrist?

Disregard. It is working now. So strange. I accessed the bluetooth while on the call and sense controls was connected as well. It did what it was supposed to this time. We’ll see if it continues.
Perhaps I just needed to post on this community board. 😂
