March 2021, and the ECG app is still not available in Finland. All I get from fitbit support is very general answers, such as "it is still pending approval", and absolutely no estimate of when this will come, or the reason why it is available in other European countries, but not Finland. I think fitbit should have more consideration for costumers who paid so much more for this feature.

I’ve unmarked my answer that was selected as Best Answer. Given the new info many of you have provided, the only Best Answer, given the circumstances, is to vote for the suggestion as @RasmusP suggested. This is the best way to have your voice heard by Fitbit Corp. Should you have to do this? .. probably not. But things are as they are.  Vote to make sure your voice is heard.

@ashakantasharma - Same advice to you. Tap here to vote to add/release ECG in India. This suggestion is specific to the Charge 5. You could also start a new suggestion to make ECG available in India on the Sense.
