I’ve seen several threads regarding battery life in the Sense, but none of the recommendations have solved my issue. I’ve never gotten the advertised battery life out of my Sense, and it has been getting worse and worse over the last couple of months. I was hoping the new update would help, and but since the last update it is even worse again.
I charged it before bed last night, and woke up this morning with it already down to 76%. I don’t even use all of the extra features nor do I use the always on screen. It is only six months old.
I shouldn’t have to NOT use features to get the battery life that is advertised right along side those said features.
Also, since the last update I am constantly getting these icon pop ups that my sense is disconnected from my phone, which never happened before. Not to mention the step count being off as well - I can go walking with two other Fitbit users and mine is always different by a significant amount. It makes me wonder what other statistics are wrong.
Does anyone have any insight here? I’ve honestly never been more disappointed in a Fitbit product.

Hi @CemeteryChick - did you actually turn off all the options as was given in the link as a temporary solution? How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
The watch is sold with upto 6+ days battery but there is a warning that it is reduced if certain options are selected.
The current short battery life is probably not actually a watch problem but a problem with the software which hopefully Fitbit will be able to fix soon. So unfortunately it's a question of patience.

I did, and it made some difference, but not that much. It also has gotten much worse since the last update. I’m sure the constant “not connected” pop ups aren’t helping either.

@CemeteryChick - - the current firmware version seems to have a common problem [see other posts in the forum], maybe due to the new features added.
Quite possibly Snore detection and SpO2 and Status indicators [which you can turn off in the Watch settings].
Make sure to address each of the items in the link given.
EG. SpO2 tracker will reduce the battery life by 2 days alone, Snore detection may be also.
