Since posting last week with my Sense stuck on the Fitbit logo screen - it has now gone to the black screen and won't respond to anything. I've tried changing the clock face, holding the 'button' down for minutes, removing the phone app and reinstalling. Nothing - it won't even respond when I connect it to the charging cable.
I would like a 'new' replacement please. I purchased (from Amazon) on June 22nd, 2021. Is there any hope for this?
